We were hired by homeowners to create this website to help them market and sell their lovely property, located in Staten Island, NYC.
We created all the content on the site, both written & visual, and built the website specifically to target and communicate with potential home buyers. We focused on marketing and a user-friendly interface.
The site features images, a virtual tour, details, and a contact page.
Our Approach
In collaboration with the homeowner, we gathered essential property details. We conducted an on-site visit, capturing professional real estate photos & images to create a custom virtual tour. Complemented by concise writing, we built a minimalist, user-friendly website focused on effective marketing. The property was sold in record time.
Once the property was sold we archived the page.
