Project overview
Anchorage Yacht Club is a full service marina with comfort amenities and a fuel dock located in Lindenhurst, Long Island NY. Features include showers, a club house, swimming pool, tennis, volleyball, & basketball courts.
Prior to hiring Boheema, Anchorage had no website. We were hired to create a website to showcase their amenities and provide a portal for customer communications.
Additionally, we provided photography, graphic design, and an original marketing video for their home page featuring drone videography.
Our Approach
When we started this project Anchorage Yacht Club did not have a website. We collaborated with club management to create a lightweight, clean, simple website. The main purpose of the site was to act as a customer portal to present forms & announcements, a slip locator map, and contact form for existing and new clientele.
In addition to creating the site, we used a drone to film sweeping views of the entire marina during a busy summer day. We edited the footage to serve as a marketing/advertising video for their social media pages as well as the introductory video on the website’s home page.
Lastly, we created a large format graphic for use on both the website and in their main offices as an enlarged framed print. The purpose of the graphic was to accurately depict all marina boat parking slips by location/name/number.
